LoCO2 Energy is pleased to offer Heatwise – a 100% renewable energy tariff just for those with renewable heat technologies. We are keen to support renewable heat and those who have gone that extra mile to reduce their carbon emissions by installing these kinds of technologies.  

Heat pumps have the potential to really decrease your use of gas, oil or electricity for heating. However, they do increase your demand for electricity so Heatwise has been designed to offset some of that extra cost to your electricity bills.  

How does it work?  

If you sign up for Heatwise, we will credit back to you 5% of your annual spend on electricity as a credit for your account for the coming year.  So, if you signed up to us on 1st January 2011 and spent £500 on electricity over the course of the year, we would credit back £25 for the coming year on 1st January 2012. This is an ongoing benefit.  

Who is eligible?

  Anyone with an MCS-accredited:

. Air source heat pump

. Biomass boiler

We just need to see a copy of your MCS certificate.
